Shipping policy
Delivery: We will ship your order the most efficient and economical way possible.
If any delays in delivery occur, The Greenhouse Company of South Carolina, LLC.
cannot be responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by our suppliers
or conditions beyond our control. The Greenhouse Company of South Carolina,
LLC. relinquishes all responsibility for merchandise once the carrier has accepted
the shipment. Any claim settlements would be between you and the delivering
carrier.
You are responsible for receiving and unloading the shipments. Please inspect
your merchandise carefully upon receipt. Mark any noticeable damage or
shortages on the freight bill upon delivery. Freight claims cannot be filed unless
the bill of lading is marked with damages or shortages. You are responsible
for filing freight claims and you will be billed for replacement materials. It is the
freight company’s obligation to reimburse you for damaged or missing items
on your claim. Concealed or hidden damages must be reported to the shipping
company within 5 days of delivery.
